Our
reversible acrylic cushions and parasols do not fade, rot or mildew and
are easy to clean; unlike cotton products which discolour and decay in
outdoor conditions. We use high grade upholstery foam to maintain shape
and to allow easy cleaning, all cushions are zipped so that the foam can
be removed.

Manufacturing Process
The following process
ensures that our furniture lasts for generations:
1. virgin aluminium raw material 2. machine cast to maintain accuracy and hence quality
(unlike sand casting)
3. washing with mild detergent 4. chromation to stop oxidization 5. washing with mild detergent 6. powder coated through electrolysis 7. washing with mild detergent 8. ultra violet light repellent applied 9. wrapped and packed 10. shipped.
